IWA Park Estate is a boutique residential development by DGM Development, consisting of 13 modern semi-detached houses. Located in the picturesque village of Iwiny, just 5 minutes from Wrocław (Poland), the investment offers a comfortable lifestyle close to nature while maintaining quick access to the city’s amenities.
As part of this project, we were responsible for delivering high-quality architectural visualisations and providing design and visual support throughout the development process. Our work included creating realistic exterior renders as well as supporting the design team in refining the architectural form, material selection, and overall visual consistency of the investment.
Our goal was to produce compelling imagery that not only accurately presents the architecture, but also communicates the atmosphere, scale, and character of the future neighbourhood. The visual materials were designed to support marketing, client presentations, and sales activities, helping to clearly communicate the project’s value and identity.
