Description
This CGI project presents architectural visualizations created for a luxury residential development in Newcastle City Centre, located on the vibrant Quayside. The development features a range of high-quality self-contained apartments including studios, 1- and 2-bedroom units, all designed to offer modern urban living with premium on-site amenities such as communal lounges, cinema and gym spaces.
The visualizations were developed to accurately communicate the building’s form, spatial organisation, and materiality, with a particular focus on natural light, atmospheric context, and resident experience. Through realistic lighting, detailed material rendering, and careful attention to scale, the imagery helps convey the character and quality of the development for marketing, presentation, and design communication purposes.
